The 2024 SE SETAC meeting will hosted at the University of Florida on April 26th and 27th, 2024. Abstract submission and registration is due on April 10th, 2024.

The schedule to date is as follows. Additional details and locations will be filled in as they become available.
April 25th: 6 pm – 9 pm: Optional informal gathering at First Magnitude Brewery.

- Food and drinks not included, but available for purchase
- Beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options available
- Food truck available (will provide when schedule becomes available)
April 26th: 8 am – 5 pm: Oral platform presentations and business meeting
- Location: Cancer Genetic Research Complex
- Parking Location: TBD
- Only available to out of town participants, must request during registration
- Lunch and snacks during breaks included
April 26th: 6 pm – 9 pm: Cookout
- Location: TBD
- Dinner and drinks included
April 27th: 8 am – 10 pm: Poster session and awards
- Location: TBD
April 27th: 10:30 pm – 12 pm: Optional nature walk in Paynes Prarie Reserve
- Location: La Chua Trail
- Beautiful reserve with plenty of opportunities to see birds, alligators, and potentially wild horses and bison

Hotel:
Southeast SETAC has arranged for a group rate at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center Gainesville. The cost is $149/night + tax.
We currently have 20 rooms reserved, so it’s first come, first served. If the rooms are filled, we will attempt to add additional rooms to the group rate. The hotel rate includes parking and WiFi.
